Terms and Conditions Orders The customer is responsible for verifying the spelling and accuracy of the content of the order. You will not be able to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Shipping and Handling Most orders ship the day we receive them. During peak periods we can experience a one or two day delay. AVERAGE delivery time is 14-21 days from receipt of an order. Orders are shipped via Priority Mail, Federal Express, or UPS depending upon what you choose. For international orders, unless you select UPS with its accompanying charges as the shipping method for your order, we will ship via International Priority Mail. All shipments that are not sent via UPS, are at the risk of the buyer since we cannot track packages shipped via U.S. International Priority Mail. If you order from Canada, please understand that, in addition to the UPS charge on this order, UPS will also collect a customs brokerage fee from you upon delivery of the order. Occasionally we run short of an item ordered. We will ship the balance of your order and notify you of the backordered item. Please not do contact our office about non-delivery of an item less than four weeks from the date of your order. Delays can occur which are out of our control. Return Policy Items are not sold on approval. No exchanges except for damaged or defective products. Problems must be noted within 30 days of receipt of product. All returned items MUST have prior approval, and all boxes received will require an "RAC" code, clearly marked on each box. If an item is damaged or defective, please call: 1-800-526-2151.
